We begin by capturing some basic information about your school. The information you provide helps us to come back to you with ideas for design which are relevant to your school.
We will visit you if possible, to pick up firsthand on what makes your school unique.
You will need to provide your media (e.g. artwork, photographs and sound) in a suitable form, so that we are able to incorporate them. Typically, you can email material to us, or send us a CD or DVD.
We produce an initial site design with a temporary Internet address, so you can try it out and show it to your colleagues and pupils at your convenience.
You do not need to provide us with any content for the pages - as soon as your temporary site is available, you may add this yourself (text, documents, pictures, sounds, etc). However, we will be happy to preload content for you, if you make it available to us as above.
We refine the design and features, until you are happy. Remember, once you have your initial site you are able to work on-line with it. You can let colleagues and pupils use it to train and gain familiarity.
Upon receipt of payment, we will make your site live. It is only at this time that your domain name will become associated with your site and final configuration will take place, including search engine tagging and submission. You continue to use it in exactly the same way you have become used to. All the information you entered is preserved. Your site is fully available on day one!
You will need to keep the site up-to-date by adding new material, deleting old material, etc. Your governers, PTA and teachers can each update their own pages. Any changes are instantly on-line, wherever in the world you or your visitors are.
As we improve our product, we ensure your site is upgraded, too. You get the benefit of the same improved functionality that a new customer will get.
