Moodle is installed on your website. We do not charge for the installation, but we charge an additional £100 pa to provide for hosting and to apply upgrades when they appear from www.moodle.org. The responsibility for the administration and use of Moodle is yours. The annual hosting and maintenance fee will be invoiced as soon as the Moodle service is made available to your school.

We install Moodle on your site as (1) above, but we integrate its authentication mechanism with your school's network (assuming your network has connectivity to the Internet and uses Windows Active Directory). So, once signed on to your school's network, you are also signed in to Moodle. We charge £200 to install, plus £150 pa for applying upgrades as above. The responsibility for the administration and use of Moodle is yours. The installation fee together with the annual hosting and maintenance fee will be invoiced as soon as the Moodle service is made available to your school.

We install a branded (e.g. Dell or HP) and supported, dedicated Moodle server at your school, into your school's network and integrated with your school's Windows Active Directory, thus removing the need for duplicate usernames and passwords. We will implement remote access software on to the server making Moodle's student and teacher areas accessible from home as well as school.
Clearly this option provides huge advantages in terms of capacity and speed compared with options 1-3. Costs would depend upon server specification and requirements, but would probably be of the order of £4000 - £6000 installation (includes server cost), plus annual costs of £300 - £500 for support and maintenance of the server and operating system, together with upgrades to Moodle. The responsibility for the administration and use of Moodle is yours. The installation fee together with the annual hosting and maintenance fee will be invoiced as soon as the Moodle service is made available to your school.
